IKEA / Experience Design & MVP Product Launch

Role: Creative Director

IKEA hired Fahrenheit 212 to conceptualize, design, and launch two new services in Canada. The first was a monthly and seasonal subscription box delivery. The second was an in-store curated selection of IKEA foods, bundled as a family get-together in a box. We designed the experiences from beginning to end, including the look and feel of the boxes, branding, websites, social media strategy, and email marketing plans. The designs needed to live within the familiar IKEA brand, but stand out as a playful, fun, and exciting new offering.


The subscription boxes sold out within 3 hours of going live on the website, and the service is currently being iterated and refined for launch as a nationwide pilot.
