As the Vice President of Design and Creative, I lead the creative output of the firm as well as managing the Design Team’s growth and development. Additional management responsibilities include business development and company profitability, contributing to a 43% YoY total revenue growth after my first year, as well as design project management, budgeting and tracking, staffing and resource management, and quality control.
